When you subscribe, Sobereo charges the price shown at checkout to your payment method that day.
Unless you cancel before the end of your billing period, your subscription renews automatically at the same price at the start of each new period, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout.
You can cancel at any time from the subscription section of your account (the billing portal), no questions asked.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to the program until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a paid period on cancellation (see the guarantee below).
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided you have actively used the program during that time (we may ask for verifiable proof of use, such as completed daily tasks).
Outside the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable and partial refunds for unused time are not available. To request a refund, contact our support team.
